We are all seeking excellence in ministry. In this workshop, we will explore the principles the Lord has put on my heart during 30 years of pregnancy ministry. We will be challenged to strive for excellence in all facets of ministry.
Encouraging all clients experiencing an unexpected pregnancy to think through all of the options available to them and not immediately "rule out" either the adoption option or parenting. Good decisions are made when we take the time to explore every option and it's outcome leading to an informed decision.
In this workshop, the presenters will introduce the new Heartbeat school counselor letter that describes the services available to young women and invite school counselors and officials to visit their local pregnancy centers to tour the facility and build relationships.
The workshop will instruct participants in the basics of Fertility Education, including how to integrate teaching patients in your centers and helping patients choose an accurate app for cycle tracking. It will also demonstrate how learning to track cycles can identify abnormalities that can be addressed through Medical Management including case studies.
What does it take to properly vet, hire, and then keep great staff? Let’s go through the process, step-by-step. We will cover vetting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, evaluating, and terminating.
“DIGS” are donor initiated gatherings. These simple get togethers can pay big dividends in garnering interest, growing your prospective donor list, and securing major gifts for specific projects. In the session, participants will learn how to successfully plan and execute this new trend in fundraising.
