Building on these foundations, you'll define 3-5 key indicators of success—measurable outcomes like child birth, custody maintenance, and sobriety—that anchor program design and prove mission accomplishment. Through practical exercises, attendees will explore how to align infrastructure, staffing, and measurement strategies with these indicators, creating focused operations that drive long-term resident empowerment and organizational growth.

Executive functioning issues are very common and are the source of the brain's "management system" that plans, organizes, makes decisions, and follows-through with tasks. This can affect your resident's ability to fully engage in programs, care for their children and prepare for independent living. This session will focus on learning about executive functioning disabilities and how to teach these skills in your program so that the goal is not just compliance but thriving!
