*Please note, you must complete Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound Didactic Training as a prerequisite to the LOVE Approach Ultrasound Clinical.  This training is intended for those with current and unrestricted Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer maintaining ARDMS RDMS(OB/GYN) or ARRT (S), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered  Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials.

This training is designed solely for participants who are a who have completed Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound Didactic Training and have begun the hands-on portion of training. In order to get the most out of your time with us, you must complete 25 abdominal and 5-10 transvaginal limited obstetrical scans before arriving at the training site.

Training Prerequisites

Please note, if you have already enrolled in Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound training, please check the course announcements for a discount code to use to credit your didactic fee toward your event registration.
We recommend this training for someone with an experience range of 25-75 range. In order to make the most of your time at this training, you must complete 25 abdominal and 5-10 transvaginal limited obstetrical scans before arriving to the training site. Additionally, we will accept registrations if you have more scanning experience than required, however, please keep in mind you may have more experience than your peers participating in the training.

Cancellation By Registrant:  Refunds may be issued until 12 a.m. EST (midnight) February 7, 2026. A 50% refund is available from 12:01 a.m. EST February 8, 2026, to March 1, 2026, 12 a.m. (midnight). No refunds will be issued past 12:01 a.m. EST March 2, 2026. Method of refund may require transaction fees. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Events@HeartbeatInternational.org.

Heartbeat International will offer 10 Continuing Education Contact Hours for nurses. Heartbeat International is an approved provider through the California Board of Nursing, Provider Number 16061.

Cancellation by Heartbeat: 1. Refunds for non-attendance will only be awarded if non-attendance is the direct result of an unplanned or unannounced outage. When a registrant is unable to access a webinar/course due to an unplanned or unannounced server outage of Heartbeat International Academy, the HeartbeatInternational.org website, or HeartbeatServices.org website, Heartbeat International will contact the registrant to notify them of the refund due them and issue the refund. Refund will be made to the registrant within 1 week of the canceled event subject to processing fees. 2. When a course/webinar/training is canceled for which individuals have registered, Heartbeat International will send a notification to each registrant per email or phone. Full refund will be sent to registrant within one week of cancellation.
