The Office Manager creates the first impression of the Center for those new to interacting with Options. She manages front office operations, greeting clients and visitors to the Center (phone, text, and in-person), schedules client appointments, and assists with coordination of volunteers and new client intake process, among other duties.

SOME of the QUALIFICATIONS:
* Have one year of experience in a helping profession
* Exhibit skill in interpersonal communication and problem solving
* Possess excellent planning, execution and organizational skills
* Strong detail orientation
* Proficient using Microsoft Office products
* Self-starter; able to carry out responsibilities with little direction
