As we worked through these years of dramatic change, it has become more and more evident that to truly become a culture that values life as a movement, we must be intentionally UNITED FOR LIFE.

We were each called into the pregnancy help movement to save lives from the horrors of abortion. While our methods may differ, our mission is the same! We embrace this as our 2024 Annual Conference theme, remembering we are all UNITED FOR LIFE. This movement is bigger than any one of us. We must work together and stand strong against those who work so hard to break us apart. Divided, we fall, but united, we stand!

Your In-Person Conference Experience registration includes 21 days access to workshops being presented in the virtual conference and select workshops from the in person conference. Closer to the Conference, you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the virtual platform at the EMAIL ADDRESS with which you register. We encourage you to please check your spam/junk folder as well.

Heartbeat is the first, largest, most expansive network of pregnancy help in the world, serving over 3,000 pregnancy help locations and more than 13,500 individuals on every inhabited continent (who provide alternatives to abortion).

Heartbeat’s Annual Conference is designed for ministry leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers of life-affirming pregnancy help centers, medical clinics, maternity homes, and non-profit adoption agencies, as well as professionals in the areas of medicine, counseling, social work, and education.

Continuing Education

Please indicate below if you hold any sort of professional designation. Please note, at this time Heartbeat International is pleased to offer complimentary continuing education for nurses who attend approved workshops, as well as continuing education for Life Affirming Specialists who register and attend our Annual Conference.

If you are a nurse interested in receiving credit from any IDD or workshop approved for credit, please provide your license number below. If you do not have it available to you at this time, you may continue with your registration, but please contact the Heartbeat office as soon as possible to add it to your registration.
 
Closing banquet is included as part of your conference registration, but please let us know if you will be staying or plan to leave early.
An In Depth Day Only or Bundle registration is needed to participate in all trainings held Tuesday April 23, 2024. Descriptions for In Depth Day topics will be coming soon!
 

Due to space limitations and our desire to make the Executive Roundtable (ERT) experience available to as many qualified organizations and Executive Directors/CEO's as possible, this year's session will require an application. If you wish to participate in ERT, please select your alternative IDD topic from the list provided above and complete the application to participate in ERT here.

If selected for ERT, your registration will be automatically updated, otherwise you will remain enrolled in the IDD of your choice. You will be notified within two weeks of your invitation. Applications received without a completed registration, including an In-Depth Day selection, will not be considered.

Virtual access is included with conference registration at no additional charge. This year Heartbeat is excited to also offer in person attendees discounted virtual access for individuals from your organization who may not be able to make it to Salt Lake City! We have two options for you to choose from, basic virtual access that provides access to all virtual only conference for 14 days, or expanded virtual access that provides access to all virtual only conference content and select in-person recorded content for 21 days.

Trainings marked with an asterisk (*) provide continuing education nursing contact hour credit for nurses (approved by Heartbeat International). Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Provider Number 16061 for 1.00 contact hour for each qualifying medical workshop. Please provide your license number during registration if applying for CEUs.
