 Pro-Life Philippines is a longtime affiliate of Heartbeat International that provides a wide-range of life-affirming services to the people of the Philippines.
A highlight of their work is their commitment to providing positive options to women facing unexpected pregnancies. Pro-Life Philippines staffs three pregnancy resource centers throughout the country and they use Heartbeat’s The LOVE Approach manual to train their volunteers and counselors. Their centers also provide a healing environment for children who have suffered from physical abuse.
As a true pioneer in pro-life advocacy, Pro-Life Philippines has successfully worked in both the service and political arms of the pro-life movement. By monitoring anti-life bills in government and introducing pro-life bills of their own, Pro-Life Philippines strives to encourage life-friendly legislative policies. They are currently involved in a battle to stop the government’s plan to expand irresponsible sex education programs in the country’s high schools.
 In 2005, over 40,000 people attended training sessions hosted by Pro-Life Philippines! In addition to their pregnancy centers, political advocacy, and training seminars, they also produce various books and pamphlets to educate the public about life issues. Pro-Life Philippines is truly a dynamic organization that is having a tremendous impact for life.
